1. Orders & Payments

• All payments are made through M-Pesa only.
• Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully received.
• You will receive a confirmation message after payment.

2. Pricing

• All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES).
• Prices may change without prior notice.

3. Delivery

• Delivery will be made within the timelines communicated after order confirmation.
• Delays may occur due to logistics, weather, or other external factors.

4. Refund Policy

• Payments are generally non-refundable once processed.
• Refunds are only issued in cases of:

  • Failed deliveries due to company error

5. Order Cancellation

• Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.
• Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

6. Customer Responsibility

• Ensure correct phone number, delivery address, and order details.
• Ensure sufficient M-Pesa balance before payment.

7. Liability

• Acquafina is not responsible for delays or failures caused by M-Pesa or network issues.
• We are not liable for incorrect information provided by the customer.
